The Flagstaff High School Orchestra

The Flagstaff High School Orchestra is made up of students who play orchestral string instruments including Violin, Viola, Cello, and Bass. Our players range from beginners to advanced students and we play a range of music to reach musicians of all levels!

How we are staying musical during COVID-19!

The orchestra private lesson partnership with NAU and  Music Education Consultants is going great.  Students are able to experience ZOOM private lessons with terrific teachers, are working on individual playing skills, and progressing at a terrific rate.

This week begins our "Solo Study" unit in which all students will begin working on solos with Dr. Mc.  An opportunity to perform in a solo ZOOM recital will take place in December at the end of the semester.
